







1. Children under 16 cannot participate in skydiving. Teens aged 16–17 must provide a signed guardian consent form (copy). After booking confirmation, please request the form from the staff.
2. Travelers with heart disease or epilepsy, as well as pregnant women, cannot participate in skydiving. Travelers who have taken medication must also inform the skydiving company in advance.
3. Skydivers weighing 85–94 kg will be charged an additional fee of approx. AUD 50 on certain dates at certain skydiving locations, as the weight of the coaches on duty varies daily, and so does the maximum weight of guests they can carry. The final confirmation from the attraction after booking will prevail.
Passengers weighing 95kg or above need to wait for confirmation from the attraction regarding skydiving availability, as not every skydiving location has instructors available daily who can accommodate this weight. If confirmed, there will be an additional fee (approx. $50–100 AUD), subject to final confirmation by the attraction after booking.
Generally, individuals weighing 105 kg or more cannot skydive; confirmation from the attraction after booking is required.

Do not participate in Great Barrier Reef diving within 12 hours before skydiving; do not smoke within 8 hours before skydiving.
5. Skydiving is weather-dependent and may be canceled. Please call the tour company 2 hours before departure to confirm if skydiving is possible. Note that there may still be special circumstances where skydiving is not possible due to weather upon arrival at the site. If canceled due to weather, we will issue a full refund after verification with the tour company or assist in rescheduling.
6. Travel tips: Wear comfortable casual clothes and shoes, preferably sneakers or flat, fully enclosed shoes suitable for running.
7. Accompanying travelers must make their own way to the skydiving site. If they wish to take the skydiving company's shuttle, they must [contact the skydiving company's customer support at least 24 hours in advance] to check seat availability on the day and pay approximately AUD 30 per person (subject to the skydiving company's policy). Accompanying spectators cannot join the airport transfer or remain in the aircraft cabin. A waiting area, café, and restaurant are available in the landing zone for viewing.
