You can rest assured that we guarantee ticket availability. Your QR code tickets will be sent to you by 10:00 PM at the very latest on the day before your visit.
 
Your Standard Admission Ticket for the Summer Palace now provides all-day access during operating hours (6:30 AM to 6:00 PM). You may enter at any time on your selected date, but please ensure your entry is before the 6:00 PM closing time.
 
For the Full Experience Pass (valid for entry between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM):
 
We recommend entering before 3:00 PM to ensure you have ample time to visit all the attractions within the palace grounds.
 
Regarding Ticket Delivery:
 
For same-day bookings, your e-ticket will typically be issued within 5 minutes.
 
For advance bookings, your e-ticket will be sent to you via email no later than 10:00 PM on the day before your visit.
 
Once the QR code has been sent, please check your email (the one being updated) or go to 'View Details' in the app."
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
