How to use
1. Booking Confirmation
 
After your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email/voucher.
 
Please keep an electronic copy or a printed copy with you on the day of travel.
 
2. Driver Contact
 
One day before your trip, the driver will contact you via WhatsApp / WeChat / phone to confirm your pickup time and location.
 
If you do not receive any message, please reach out to our customer service team.
 
3. Pickup Location
 
Airport Transfer: The driver will meet you at the arrival hall holding a name sign.
 
Train Station Transfer: The driver will wait at the exit gate with a name sign.
 
Hotel Pickup: The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby.
 
4. Additional Information
 
Fuel, tolls, and parking fees are already included.
 
Extra charges may apply for overtime, detours, or destinations outside the service area.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

1. Booking Confirmation – Travelers book the service on trip.com and provide details such as flight/train number, hotel or address, lead traveler's name, and contact information.


2. Driver Assignment – A professional English-speaking driver is scheduled. The driver monitors your flight/train in real time and adjusts pickup time in case of delays.


3. Meet & Greet –


Airport/Train Station: Driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing the lead traveler's name.


Hotel/Address Pickup: Driver meets travelers at the hotel lobby or main entrance of the provided address.


4. Luggage Assistance – Driver helps with your luggage and ensures all travelers are comfortably seated before departure.


5. Private Transfer Ride – Enjoy a safe, direct, and private ride in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle with bottled water, tissues, and phone charging available.


6. Drop-off – Travelers are dropped off at their hotel, exhibition center, or specified address. Out-of-area drop-offs are available with a small surcharge.


7. Completion – Driver unloads luggage and ensures travelers arrive smoothly at their final destination.
