• Please submit your order based on your actual travel date. If you fail to submit the visa application documents before the deadline, Ctrip will automatically cancel your order and the order fee you paid will be refunded to the original payment account.
• During the visa processing process, our company may request additional documents or dissuade you from applying based on the level of your application materials. The consulate may also request additional documents or extend the visa processing time based on your specific circumstances (this is determined by the consulate and our company cannot intervene). The consulate may also delay issuing a visa due to internal reasons. The processing time information on this website is for reference only and is not a legal commitment.
• According to the embassy's requirements, if a visa applicant is required to attend an interview or interview cancellation after submitting their application or returning home, they must cooperate with the travel agency to complete the interview. If the applicant fails to attend the interview or interview cancellation on time due to personal reasons, all consequences will be the sole responsibility of the applicant. • This product's visa is not a sticker. The issuance notice will be uploaded electronically to your visa order. Please download and print it, then use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the visa page. Enter your passport number and date of birth, and verify the displayed "Visa Issuance Notice." Upon entry, you must scan the QR code and present the "Visa Issuance Notice" in real time. PDFs, screenshots, and printed copies are not accepted. If you fail to scan the QR code on the day of entry or exit, please try again later or ask a friend or family member to scan the QR code for you.
• The validity period of a visa is calculated from the date of issuance by the embassy or consulate. The validity period and duration of each entry are subject to review by the consulate/immigration department. The validity period and duration of each entry disclosed in the product are for reference only in most cases. Please understand.
• All documents required for visa application should be copied or printed on one side of A4 paper. The visa application center does not accept double-sided documents.

Refund and Change Instructions

• If you wish to cancel your visa application midway after your order has taken effect, the amount you have paid will not be refunded if Ctrip has already sent your visa application to the Chinese embassy or consulate.
• Please note that once a visa is accepted, the visa fee and service fee incurred are non-refundable. Due to internal consular reasons, the embassy's internal review time may be extended. The processing time is unstable and is for reference only. We do not accept visa status inquiries or expedited applications. Please understand!

Visa Refusal Explanation

• If the visa is rejected, the consulate will not provide a rejection letter;
• Because visas are different from physical products, our visa services are merely assistance. We will provide you with a reasonable visa application plan based on the embassy's requirements and the applicant's individual circumstances to reduce your risk of rejection. However, the application result depends on the embassy's review of your documents. If a visa rejection occurs, please treat it with caution. Booking tips

• If any of the accompanying relatives, including parents, spouse, or children, is a Japanese national, you cannot apply for a Japanese individual tourist visa. You must apply for a Japanese visa for visiting relatives and friends on your own.
• Applicants are requested to select the appropriate visa type based on their actual travel purpose. If the applicant selects the wrong visa type or the visa type does not match their actual travel purpose, the risks (including visa rejection, entry and exit risks, and risk losses after entry) will be borne by the applicant.

Travel Tips

• When traveling to Japan for the first time after obtaining this visa, the principal and secondary applicants must travel together. This is not required for the second trip to Japan.
