It was a great snapshot (whistle stop tour) of the Lake District. What I enjoy about Rabbie’s Tours is they are small groups, the driver keeps you entertained while driving, gives you the highlights and suggestions at the stop but you roam freely to explore.★

We had a wonderful day and couldn't fault it. Our guide, Pete, told us many interesting stories about the places we visited. He also took us to additional places not included in the itinerary, which we really appreciated. There was always plenty of free time for food and drinks, shopping, or simply strolling through the villages. The villages we chose were definitely recommended because they're not touristy, very authentic, and yet diverse.★

We loved everything about the trip. Our wonderful guide Shelly was knowledgeable, funny and caring and she was also a fantastic driver. Unfortunately one of the day's stops was cancelled due to heavy rain and another was impossible to see due to fog, rain and wind but the weather is impossible to predict, maybe you would be compensated in some way by e.g. getting a discounted price on the next trip you book. It was still quite a large amount we paid that was not fully utilized. Otherwise Get your ride is really a reliable site with a large selection of trips that we have used many times and can highly recommend.
