1. Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes in advance for the join-in tour guide service. Latecomers may not be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Before entering the attraction, the guide will distribute a silent headset for commentary to each guest. Please test if it functions properly before use and operate it correctly. If the device is damaged or lost due to personal reasons, a fee of 200 CNY per headset will be charged (headsets may not be provided for groups of 3 or fewer people in the daytime session or for last-minute bookings).
3. The group size is generally around 20 people, and may increase appropriately during peak seasons and holidays.
4. The guide fee is the same price for all visitors, with no distinction between adults and children.
5. Our staff will contact you before departure (for bookings made before 22:00 the day prior, customer support will reach out by 23:00 that evening; for same-day bookings, contact will be made within 30 minutes during business hours). Please ensure the phone number provided during booking is accessible. If we're unable to reach the visitor resulting in denied entry or missed guided activities, the supplier won't be held liable for any losses incurred.
6. In case of temporary attraction control measures or fewer than 4 attendees in a time slot, the supplier may adjust the time slots accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.
