The meeting time is 15min before the tour starting time for briefing.
Please come to the meeting point on time.
The tour course must be completed, and the E-bikes may not be dropped off at any location other than the predetermined drop off point.
Tour end time may be delayed approximately 30min due to the traffic conditions, or other courses.
Due to the group tour if you are late on the tour starting time you can't join the tour mid-way.
If it is determined that the tour cannot be held due to rain or other reasons, we will notify you by e-mail on the day before the tour. (If the weather is changed on the tour day, we may cancel the tour, due to the safety concern. We will also notify you by e-mail.)
