The 72‑hour Tokyo Subway pass saved us time and money while exploring central Tokyo. It covers Tokyo Metro + Toei Subway lines and gave us unlimited rides for three full days, which made hopping between neighborhoods (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Asakusa) effortless. Activation is simple — the timer starts the first time you pass through a gate — so activate it when you begin a full day of sightseeing to get the most value. We paired the pass with a Suica card for JR lines and airport transfers, which worked well.★

A very convenient way to get to the airport! Especially if the stop is close to your hotel. The luggage compartment is spacious, so all your suitcases will fit, no worries. The bus interior is standard, and the seats are comfortable. Stops are announced in English, so don't miss them.★

Ticketing was quick. From Narita Terminal 2, there's a dedicated ticket exchange counter at the railway entrance. The staff were very patient and clearly explained the validity period and coverage area. Three days is enough for several long-distance trips. To go to Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko, you can use the self-service machines outside Shinjuku Station to transfer to the Fuji Kaiyu Railway directly to Kawaguchiko Station. You can also go to Izu, but only with regular JR trains. Overall, it's good and quite convenient.
