2. Price differences apply on Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and select weekdays.

3. After placing your order, please contact customer support to make a reservation. The final confirmation is subject to customer support's approval. If there is a price change for the vehicle type or route, customer support will contact you to pay the difference or upgrade to another vehicle type. If you do not agree, you may request a full refund for the order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

1. Before placing your order, please contact customer support to provide your travel date, time, point of departure, and destination address. Confirm the trip price, then book the corresponding package. We will arrange a dedicated driver to complete your itinerary as scheduled.

2. The vehicle type is Toyota Alphard/Vellfire, 20 series/30 series will be dispatched randomly. The route is via Shenzhen Bay/Huanggang Port. This is a 7-seater vehicle (can accommodate 6 passengers, including children), and overloading is not allowed. Passengers and luggage must alight for inspection when crossing the mainland China customs. There is no need to alight when crossing Hong Kong/Macau customs. This is a customs regulation, please be aware!

3. During major holidays, a 20%–30% surcharge will be added to the base price. Please contact customer support for a quote and confirm the price before placing your order.

4. For round-trip itineraries between Hong Kong and Macau, a seamless car-to-car transfer is required, meaning the trip will be completed with two separate vehicles. Please be aware of this.

5. Waiting time and fees: This is a point-to-point service. Any changes to the itinerary will incur additional charges. For point-to-point transfers, the agreed waiting time is 30 minutes. For airport pick-up, the driver will wait for 1 hour from the flight's actual landing time, based on the flight number. An overtime waiting fee of 200/hour will be charged for exceeding the free waiting time. Any period less than an hour will be charged as one hour. Please pay attention to your pick-up time. Additionally, if waiting is caused by customs questioning or inspection due to the passenger's ID or luggage (containing prohibited items) at the border, a fee of 200/hour will also be charged. Please be aware of this.
