If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Boarding Location: Meet us at Shem Creek between Water's Edge Restaurant and Mount Pleasant Seafood. Look for the Palmetto Breeze sign and check in at the top of the walkway.
Arrival: Please arrive 30-45 minutes before departure to secure parking and complete check-in.
Parking: Free parking is limited, but paid parking is available. Water's Edge will validate parking if you dine there before the sail.
Mobility Issues: Please note we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility issues due to the design of the vessel.
