Reviews: Pre Inca Temple of Pachacamac Half-Day Tour from Lima

Guide was Mila Campos, a great guide. we began with a short stop in the Barranca District then on to Pachacamac which is a huge mult-acre site. You begin a museum to view artifacts and tapestries, then you head out to see the ancient walls. At one point you see a step pyramid that had ramps leading from the ground to the top. Another section was an Incan Train, where one direction headed north towards Columbia and the other direction was south towards Chile. Then you go to another section on a hill and eventually you go up enough steps, turn a corner and there is the ocean. As you walk further you see an estate with its own bullring, and further on you overlook a polo field. If you love history, you will enjoy this tour.★

I paid to be picked up at our hotel, the comms was confusing, i dont know if this is *** or the company, i think ***. I contacted the company directly to confirm, and they were very responsive. Once we were in the vehiclMelanie was very chatty, making us feel welcome in the traffic (which if you come to Lima is absolutely terrible). We picked up the others on our trip and headed out of Lima, Melanie gave us a running commentary and where we were and what we could see out of the window as we passed.
At the museum, melanie was very knowledgeable and answered our questions, with additional information, helping us understand the history of pachacamac. At the site, the car took is distance between buildings and we went most of the way to the top (maybe 10m lower). All the time getting details of history, gods and stories handed down, from our guide.
Would i go again yes, as i think there is more to learn.
Value for money, excellent (in my opinion ).

I went with Peru hop for the Ballestas island,Paracas National reserve and slave tunnel tour. For anyone who will choose this, from my experience ,you will have two separate guides but you will be informed well of the details at the start of the tour. Smooth logistics I must say .Thanks to Franklin for an informative and organised start of this tour.
I specifically chose this tour as am interested of Peruvian history and did not disappoint with Juan Carlos explaining all the gist. It was an interactive experience , not boring at all. Turned out I learned many things about Peru . Kudos to Juan Carlos for an excellent job on this tour ,very hardworking and I appreciate him taking great photos. A very long full-day journey but amazingly worth it. Muchas gracias Franklin ,Juan Carlos , our drivers for safe journeys and Peru Hop Team!★

Reviews: Cook an Authentic Ceviche And Peruvian Pisco Sour!

Chef Joseph and Cesar provided a super engaging experience that ended with honestly the most amazing ceviche and delicious pisco sours!! My friend and I had so much fun and we learned a lot. Cesar also gave us great tips about local places which we explored in Mira Flores and Barranco ( best pisco sours and coffee shops), and safety and helpful information for travelers going to machu pichu for example. Truly grateful for their great attitude and attention to details, cleanliness, and answering our questions! Highly highly recommend!!!★

Mily with Integrity Tours was absolutely amazing! She made the entire day so fun, and my husband and I learned so much about the rich culture and history of Peru. We had lunch at a wonderful restaurant at the Larco Museum, and Mily even surprised us by letting the waiter know it was our anniversary—they did something really special for us, which meant so much.
Mily’s English is excellent, her personality is wonderful, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. Jorge was also a fantastic driver with a great personality, which made the experience even better. This day trip was truly unforgettable, and we will absolutely book Integrity Tours again when we return to Peru.★

The trip was long and the departure time was early, but the vehicle was comfortable, and the tour guide was professional and patient. Although my English isn't great, the guide patiently communicated with me using a translator, and the price on Ctrip was even cheaper than booking locally. This place also offers live-fire shooting in Lima, which was fantastic.
