Santosh is a great driver and drove safely. He gave us a lot of information about BOM and took us to several beautiful places. We enjoyed it very much. We took many pictures. He booked a hotel for us the morning of the trip. When we encountered some homeless children along the way, he kindly chased them away. I felt safe using the service. The fare was 4,500 rupees.

Where do I begin?! Chirag designed a private tour for us and oh my goodness, what a day! We were up at 5 am to get to the wholesale flower market and the fruit & vegetable markets while they were in full swing. Wow! What a feast for the eyes! Sassoon Dock early in the morning is also a must-see. It's right up there with the flower, fruit & vege markets. Because it was a public holiday therefore not terribly busy on the trains, Chirag spontaneously took us for a short train ride, just for something different. Dhobi Ghat, the open air laundry - another highlight! Chor Bizarre was an eye-opening experience because there is literally a sea of second hand tools, car parts, appliances, plus a whole lot more. Last of all we visited the Dharavi slums and words cannot describe this part of Mumbai, and photos can never do justice to what all your senses experience. This tour is the best I've ever done, so a great big thank you Chirag and also our driver, Pranav. What an amazing adventure!
