My guide not only enriched my experience of the site, but also truly lifted my spirits. I was having a difficult day, and he was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and kind—exactly what one sometimes needs. He shared a wealth of fascinating information and insights; it was clear that he is not only highly knowledgeable, but genuinely passionate about history and art. Beyond that, he is a wonderful person—friendly, warm, and engaging.

A wonderful atmosphere, fantastic lighting, and great musicians. It's highly recommended to arrive early to secure a seat in the best category. There's no ventilation whatsoever. We came in February and it was very, very cold. They provided shawls for everyone, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth a visit, and you should get at least a Category 2 ticket.
