If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:20, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:20 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

From Batthyány tér Cruise: meeting point and place to exchange the tickets is at Batthyány tér Dock 1., follow the GPS link provided, open from 5 PM.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify cruises in the event of extreme river conditions, such as flooding or critically low water levels. The cruise operates in all weather conditions.
There is no seat allocation, seats are taken in order of arrival.
The cruise takes a round-trip according to the itinerary, the Parliament will be visible in the first 15 minutes.
The boat has restrooms on board, smoking is only permitted in the designated area at the back of the ship. Safety instructions are placed on the lower and upper decks, with pictograms.
