Well, as other reviews said, Crown Tours was not a "guided tour" by a guide. Purchase include a download of an audio program of the 70ish artistic works that are the Uffizi's beloved items. Honestly, there is so much to see, there should be a two day ticket. Once the guide arrived in the courtyard about 5 minutes before the entry time of 8:30, things went smoothly. My suggestion: book early in the morning. Tour before noon and realize you will not see everything in one visit. Overall, we are happy with the purchase. Plan for about 25 minutes before you even get in the museum. Start 2nd floor and work down, that way, you can take a break at the cafe.★

We took advantage of the first Sunday of the month....free entry...moving queue...the works inside are phenomenal...we went to see Michelangelo's David, a copy of which is in the Loggia dei Lanzi...we found a fascinating and rich museum and we also discovered the exhibition of musical instruments...among which there was a violin and a viola by the legendary Stradivari.★

Wine tour was great. Jonathan the tour guide was very knowledgeable about Florence, the Tuscan area, as well as the wines from the different regions. Bus was very comfortable. There were twenty people and everyone was having a great time. Met some awesome people from many places. Wineries we visited were small to medium size which was great. It was great hearing about each winery and the people that own them. Not a big Chianti fan, but the wines were surprisingly excellent. Would rate this a 10 tour and would do it again!
