If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

The last pick up point to collect people is Moon Palace, this service is only for Guests in Cancun

The Moon Palace hotel is the last hotel in which pickups are considered in the Cancun area

The pick up time is set acording to your location, pick up start at 03:00 pm and depending on the location the pick up time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by it's own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot.

The marina is located in Cancún, Punta Sam.

Infants ages 0 to 3 will pay transportation of $18, but do not pay dock fees.
