While we do our best to ensure you arrive at your pick-up or drop-off location on time, delays can be expected due to high volumes of traffic. Please ensure you account for extra travel time to get to your destination on time.
Luggage Policy:
One Check-in and One carry-on luggage are free. For each additional luggage, a $10 extra luggage charge will be applied (Pay onsite to the driver). If you have ski bags or bike boxes (oversized luggage), please inform us while booking, we will use a bigger size vehicle to accommodate you and your luggage.
Cancellation:
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. The service requires good weather. If it's canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Late or No Show:
Late show or no show will not be refunded.
