I had a great full day old and New Delhi trip with Ali. We started early and were able to visit many of sites before they got crowded, which was great. Ali had a lot of knowledge about everything and I learned a lot. He was super nice and let me go at my own pace for different places. I really, really enjoyed this tour. I felt afterwards like I got a comprehensive view of New Delhi. I recommend this trip, start early, and ask for Ali!★

This semi-customized full-day tour is generally recommended:
Firstly, the tour company is very flexible, adjusting the visiting locations and pick-up/drop-off points as needed. There was interaction throughout, showing their dedication and attention. 👍
Secondly, the driver worked very hard, acting as both driver and bag watcher due to temple access restrictions. This was incredibly convenient for those heading to the airport on the same day.
Thirdly, the tour included a visit to Aksaddam Temple, with a last-minute addition of the Lotus Temple, all of which were arranged. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations.
Ideal improvements:
1. Shopping: While not mandatory, I personally strongly dislike shopping malls in China due to their reputation and influence. They feel full of sales pitches and lack sincerity – this is just my personal opinion.
2. I suggest adding performance options like the Red Fort light show and the Aksaddam Temple light show to the Delhi itinerary. Music and dance are highlights of India; perhaps adding a tearjerker experience could be considered.★

Praise: The vehicle and driver arrangements were excellent. The spacious Toyota allowed for a good nap on the bus during the sunrise tour.
We departed at 2:30 PM and arrived around 5:40 PM. The Taj Mahal doesn't open until 6:30 AM. A temporary rest area in the hotel lobby was arranged.
The tour guide was also very helpful, having a friend buy tickets for him, saving us time queuing.
Areas for Improvement: There was some shopping; we were arranged to buy carpets, scarves, and marble real estate. The prices seemed very high to me, even though shopping wasn't mandatory. I would suggest removing this part unless guests specifically request it.★

The company service was excellent from airport pick-up.. well coordinated. My driver Rakesh made me feel welcome plus a garland of flowers was a plus… also on the way to Taj the journey was smooth and safe .. and once we reach Agra we met the Nashit the tour guide who gave me detailed history as well made you feel safe as he will guide you what should and and not should do.. I enjoyed my first visit to Taj Mahal.★

The tour is very nice. The driver is very kind, patient and I had great time in the car. The guide Hilal is amazing as well, professional, good storyteller, I learned a lot. And to my surprise, he is such great photographer and so nice of him help to take many pictures of me. I would like to give both of them five stars.
