We had a very delicious lunch, with nice people. The captain of the boat was very accommodating, it was a very good program, we enjoyed it a lot. We saw dolphins and turtles too!
Reviews: Ile aux Benitiers: Shared Full-Day Catamaran Cruise & Lunch

Wow, what an amazing day. We had a fantastic crew on Oceane 8 on 27/12/25. They made sure that our drinks were consistently topped up, asked if we wanted snacks and checked if we had enough food. They cleaned so that the boat was always neat and no trash or bottles laying around. Captain did a great job spotting dolphins and helped everyone get a chance to watch them. Monitored us during snorkeling to make sure that we were safe. I was so impressed at their hospitality, by far the best cruise I've been on in Mauritius. I can definitely recommend them.
Reviews: Mauritius: Le Morne Brabant UNESCO Hike with Local Guide

I really enjoyed the hike to Le Morne Brabant. It was not an easy one, but our guides cheered us up and shared a lot of local history and traditions. The view itself is stunning and is definitely worth it! I really think it should be a must for everyone traveling to Mauritius
Reviews: Ebony Forest Reserve Chamarel - Take a Hike Tour

What a super place to visit and the ticket price helps to keep tbe reserve going. Booked tickets for a hike after reading that you could get a short guided tour across the flycatcher walkway, when we got there the lady in the ticket desk actually explained it was a self guided tour but there might be a guide hanging around by the Flycatcher walkway.. She radioed ahead and said if we could be there by 1230 then a guide would help us.. We were really lucky to get Damien as our guide and as it was only me and my husband we could ask him lots of questions.. Damien was such a good guide, very knowledgeable and funny and told us all about Mauritius and it's flora and fauna and how they are trying to rewild indigenous plants at the reserve, if we hadn't have had a guide we would have missed out on so much. Had a lovely hike up the the Ridgeway trail to the lookout which gives some exceptional views of La Morne and Île aux Benetiers and enjoyed meeting several giant tortoise on the way. The museum was also worthwhile and overall the whole experience was very good, so much better than the 7 coloured sands park next door which is very touristy.. A small coffee shop and somewhere to sit after your hike would be the only improvement to make.

The best experience ever! Nitesh took me to all the amazing sites, I had a car all to myself and he gave me in-site to the island, all the people living on the island and and a bit of history that kept everything interesting! Definitely a must do when you’re in Mauritius 🇲🇺
