The tour guide, Kelly, is really friendly! She offered to help me take some good photos. Her food recommendations were excellent. I enjoyed Jiufen the most and I wish the tour spent longer time there.

Our guide, Mr. Jackie Chan, worked very hard. He is an excellent guide who can speak both Japanese and English. It is quite busy to visit so many places in one day, but it would be difficult to go to these places on your own. I don't think there is a better tour than this. So, if other tour participants are late for the meeting time, it can be a real nuisance.

The tour is very comprehensive and you visit everything on the list. The places are very interesting and highly recommended. Because there's so much to see, it's quite intense and the time allotted to each place is limited, but sufficient to visit them without getting bogged down. The only problem is that the description said there would be an English-speaking guide, but we only had a driver. He was a great driver, but we had to visit each place on our own without any explanation.

I booked a Yangmingshan & Beitou Tour for 2 adults and a 2-year-old toddler, and we were joined by 5 other adults. Our tour guide, Vanness Hsu, was fluent in English, very knowledgeable about all the places we visited, and encouraged interaction with and among the tourists. Our tour from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. was well maximized, and all the stops in our itinerary were covered without any compromises. Overall, my family and I were very happy with Vanness’ service. We truly appreciated his professionalism and warm personality, which made the entire experience stress-free, enjoyable, informative, and memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taipei, especially with family.

The original day tour was canceled and we were offered to change to a similar tour that has Jiufen, Shifen, and Yehliu as an addition. We were ok with the change. At the meeting place beginning of the tour, it was a little bit confusing since many tours meet at the same place/time. Make sure to know your tour guide's name. Our tour guide is Jerry Liao. He is friendly, professional. He gives good descriptions of the places we visited, recommendations on what to do, and very detail instructions on when/where to meet after free-time. Jerry speaks in both Chinese and English so everybody can follow along. I enjoyed the tour even though it seemed a bit rush since we covered 3 places in about 8 hours.

Very satisfied! The tour guide is very professional and kind, and the introduction to each attraction is very in-depth and interesting, which gives me a deeper understanding of Taipei. The itinerary is very smooth, and the movement between the attractions is also very relaxed and comfortable. I especially like to taste food in Yongkang Street and feel the early historical atmosphere of Taiwan in Dihua Street. Every place has its unique charm, and the tour guide is also very good at mastering time and will not feel rushed. Very recommended to friends who come to Taipei for the first time or want to know more about Taipei culture!
