If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:30 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

• Basic swimming skills are recommended but not necessary
• This tour operates in light rain, cloudy weather, or if there is a lack of wind; however, the tour may be postponed in the case of high winds, thunderstorms, or extremely heavy rain; any postponements initiated by the local partner will be rescheduled
