I had a wonderful tour today with Eric to the Bandia Reserve. Eric was highly informative and educated me about his lovely country. Ibrahim was the driver and he was courteous and polite. The Bandia Reserve was a large Reserve where various animals such as zebras and giraffes roam free. We drove through the city of Dakar, so I received a panoramic view as well. Overall, I would most assuredly recommend Eric as a private tour guide!

We recently took a guided tour with Agsil Senegal Travel Tours and the tour was a perfect blend of history, culture and local flavor, making it an unforgettable journey through Dakar. Everything was well organised and our tour guide Athanas demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about every site we visited, providing fascinating historical context and interesting anecdotes that truly brought each location to life. I chose the small group tour without a tour guide. The driver (Zhu Le) speaks English. He told us what to see at our destination and what time we should be back. As it was a small group, everyone was on time. The only drawback was the traffic on the way back to Tokyo - it took 3 hours whereas the morning drive to Mt Fuji was only 1.5 hours. We were able to enjoy all the places we visited. Bring cash - and lots of it! I would recommend this small group tour. In the future, I would use this again.

It was a great day, a perfect experience. The driver was punctual, the itinerary was well-planned, and everyone was on time. Mount Fuji is truly beautiful. The drive from Tokyo took only 1 hour and 40 minutes without traffic. We could see the silhouette of Mount Fuji shortly after leaving Tokyo – it was so beautiful, and the weather was perfect! I highly recommend Lake Yamanaka. The swans are absolutely gorgeous. I suggest going early in the morning so that Mount Fuji isn't backlit in photos. The swan viewing area is fenced off, and you need to pay for swan food. If several people share, you can pay for one portion, which is very cheap and produces stunning photos! Arakurayama Sengen Park requires a hike, but thankfully there's a gentle slope leading up to the summit in about 20 minutes. The scenery is beautiful. The Nikkawa Clock Shop offers a classic photo spot where you can see the massive Mount Fuji appear at the end of the street – truly spectacular.

I joined the tour on November 15th. The bus was almost full, with people from many different countries in the group, but it was always our compatriots who were late. Sigh. Our tour guide, Vivi, was very good. She had to speak the exact same thing in three languages, which must have been quite tiring. The stops at each attraction were short. It was pretty much a quick visit, but there was no other way, as it was too far and time was tight. The weather was so-so this time, mostly overcast, but during a brief break in the sunshine, I saw half of Mount Yotei and immediately took a picture.
