Reviews: Michelangelo's David, Accademia & Uffizi Small Group Tour
Guest User2026-01-09
This was a 2 part tour. The Academia tour was lead by a lovely Danish woman. Tour was very informative and was just detailed enough. Uffizi tour was led by Claudia. This museum is SO large and it was great to visit to the masterpieces chosen by her. Because we visited in the off season, there were no crowds and we had plenty of time to enjoy each room. Claudia recommended 2 fantastic gelato spots and we loved them! Highly recommend this tour

Reviews: Private Tour of Uffizi and Accademia Gallery with David
Guest User2024-10-06
Best tour of the trip! It’s worth it for the private tour! Iloria was amazing! She knew all the staff at the Musuem and was able to effortlessly move us through the crowds and get us prime viewing spots and space to take photos. She tailored the tour specifically to us and had a deep passion for art and art education. My parents are older and have trouble walking long distances so she even called a cab and get us to Academia quickly
Reviews: Accademia Gallery: Michelangelo's David and High Renaissance Art

We took advantage of the first Sunday of the month....free entry...moving queue....the works inside are phenomenal...we went to see Michelangelo's David, a copy of which is in the Loggia dei Lanzi....we found a fascinating and rich museum and we also discovered the exhibition of musical instruments....among which there was a violin and a viola by the legendary Stradivari.
