If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:30 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

• Wheelchairs or strollers will be kept safe until you return from the train tour
• There is no obligation to step out at the tour's stops but children must be supervised by their parents
• This tour only operates when cruise ships are docked in Nouméa. When booking, please provide your ship's name, day of arrival, and your disembarkation time
• Your guide will give you certain safety instructions at the start of the visit. These instructions must be fully respected to have a pleasant time on board the little train
• In case of closure of the Château Hagen mansion (because of public holidays or other reasons), a second viewpoint will be included instead
