Humberto and his crew were great hosts. My family loved the trip. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were safe at all times. They offered great advice on local beaches, sites and restaurants. Kayaking through the caves was stunning. Well worth the adventure.

When booking through the TUI app, it wasn't apparent that the excursion was operated by a different provider (in this case, Alsafari Tours). We received the voucher from TUI with a mysterious pick-up location. Shortly afterward, I received an email from Alsafari. Communication with their staff was good, and we were picked up directly from the hotel.

Although it was cloudy the day we went, we had fun and enjoyed the views! The guides were really kind - I got seasick so they brought me back to the main boat. Everyone was very considerate and tried to help the best they could. It was fun being out in the sea and kayaking though, and there is a backrest on the kayaks which is nice! They also gave people a chance to jump in and swim after the kayaking part.


