Itinerary
Discover the hidden history behind Valletta's wildest street at Sailors' Paradise Bar, where a 40-minute immersive theatre show begins. It's Victory in Europe Day, and WWII has just ended. The street is buzzing, the bar is packed, and the war-weary are ready to celebrate.

Here you'll meet Violetta, a fierce barmaid and chanteuse, and her brother Duminku, a sailor home from the front, as they bring the bar's colourful past to life. Together with Gennaro on the accordion, they revive the golden age of Strait Street through music, storytelling, and unforgettable characters.

Sing along to wartime favourites like We'll Meet Again, Lili Marlene, and Roll Out the Barrel in a bar filled with original WWII-era artefacts. With the past unfolding around you, you're not just watching history, you're living it.

Your first drink's on us, so raise a glass to Valletta's untold stories and experience an evening of laughter, nostalgia, and live music in Malta's most infamous street.
