Itinerary
Visit Museum Beelden aan Zee, the only Dutch museum dedicated exclusively to contemporary international sculpture. Founded by Theo and Lida Scholten, the museum opened in 1994 and now holds nearly two thousand sculptures, reliefs, and medals.

Explore the collection, which focuses on the human image, featuring works by artists like Armando, Stephan Balkenhol, Iris Le Rütte, Tony Cragg, Per Kirkeby, Giacomo Manzú, Kiki Smith, Igor Mitoraj, Jan Meefout, Berlinde De Bruyckere, Shinkichi Tajiri, and Cornelis Zitman.

Discover current exhibitions, including Ana Oosting's "Breaking Waves," Emo Verkerk's "Hilaritas," Linda Verkaaik's "Ego-Alterego: Duel of Duet," and Khaled Dawwa's "Voici mon cœur !"

Enjoy the museum's unique location just off the world-renowned boulevard of Scheveningen, with many terraces and presentation rooms overlooking the North Sea.
