Access to the Plus Area (changing rooms, bathrooms, and private lockers). A buffet lunch with one beer included (unlimited coffee and fresh fruit drinks during your meal). Tours of three underground rivers (includes a safety bag during the tour). The Xcaret Mexico Spectacular show. Access to the beach, the cove, and natural pools.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:30, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:30 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

It is mandatory to present the official voucher that we will send via WhatsApp the day before. Without this document, you will not be able to access the premises.
Snorkeling equipment requires a refundable deposit of $10 USD.
All infants must be registered on the reservation to access transportation.

The pickup service is by bus with a set route. Please be punctual, as the bus cannot wait. If you miss the transportation, it will not be refundable.
