If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:30, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:30 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

You must present the official voucher that we'll send via WhatsApp the day before. You won't be able to enter the venue without this document.

Snorkeling gear requires a refundable deposit of $10 USD.

All babies must be registered on the booking to access transportation.

If you select the ENTRY ONLY option, it doesn't include transportation, neither for pick-up nor for return. You'll need to arrange transportation yourself.

The pick-up service is done by bus with a route. Please be on time, the bus won't wait for latecomers. If you miss the transport, it won't be refundable.
