Itinerary
Vøringsfossen is one of Norway's most spectacular and iconic waterfalls. With a total drop of 182 metres, including a dramatic 145-metre free fall, it is a sight that truly takes your breath away.

Located at the edge of Hardangervidda National Park, Vøringsfossen is framed by steep cliffs, a deep canyon, and powerful mountain landscapes. From several viewing platforms — including a striking footbridge that spans directly above the waterfall — you can experience the force and scale of nature up close.

This round-trip bus tour follows the Hardangerfjord and includes a stop at the viewpoint above the Hardanger Bridge, offering panoramic views of the fjord below. We also stop at Steinsdalsfossen, a unique waterfall where a path allows you to walk behind the cascading water without getting wet.

The tour also includes a visit to the Norwegian Nature Centre, where a warm lunch is served. During the visit, you'll watch a 180-degree panoramic film that provides deeper insight into the dramatic landscapes of the region.

Throughout the day, an English-speaking local guide accompanies the tour, sharing knowledge about the region and ensuring a smooth, well-paced experience from start to finish.

On the return journey to Bergen, we make a relaxed stop in Dale, where you can enjoy coffee or tea and a traditional Norwegian waffle with jam or brown cheese — a pleasant way to round off a day filled with natural highlights.
