The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. I had no prior experience with cross-country skiing, and this was a perfect introduction. Håvard explained everything very clearly and gave continuous feedback throughout the session. By the end, I was able to manage the basics and also learned some more advanced techniques. You could really tell that this is his true passion and that he does it from the heart. The experience was nicely rounded off by his mother, who took photos for us and served very delicious hot chocolate at the end. Overall, it was exactly what was written: a truly and lovely Norwegian skiing experience :)
