We will tour the old monastery and its centuries-old history, exploring the life of the monks and their wine-making legacy. At midday, we will stop in Calatayud to savor the best of Aragonese cuisine in a traditional restaurant.
In the afternoon, we will head to Sigüenza to visit its imposing Parador, a medieval fortress steeped in history. We will enjoy a drink inside, surrounded by legends and ancient architecture.
