My cousin and I decided to do this on a weekend vacation on January 11, 2025! We are 63 and 66-year-old average slightly overweight ladies and if we can do it, so can you! Highly recommended! We laughed so hard and had so much fun testing ourselves, and competing against each other at our own pace in the dry land games we did for a couple of hours. It was Completely Safe. We opted out of any kayaking so it wasn’t scary or too hard but still definitely a bit mentally and physically challenging. Exhilarating actually . This Would be Great for office parties, families of all ages, Club groups, church groups, school field trips, this place is set up to handle it all - 2 to 100 or more. The owner-guide also took pictures during our games and posted them for us to see and access or purchase later. Note: I would Personally try to come when the weather is at its best for hustling around outside though. I can’t wait to come back and do more next time.★

I took the tour with Bob and a separate family group, and it was great! Bob was very knowledgeable and took us around the park, Atalaya castle and nature center. I've been on multiple Segways before, but Bob took the time to teach and make sure everyone understood how to ride safely. He also took several videos and pictures of us on our own phones, and he definitely knows the best places to get videos!
We learned a lot about the park, the Spanish Moss (don't touch it!), spotted some alligators and even the people who were learning for the first time and wobbly at first could go on the easy forest trail at the end!
Would recommend this tour, it's a great way to see the park without doing a whole day of walking.★

The bus ride was good however the individual stops on the tour were not organized well especially at the Carolina Bell. If the boarding area had been changed that should have been communicated instead of having us continuously walking and getting nowhere.
