I booked Peles Castle, Bran, and Brasov, but instead of Brasov, I ended up with a strange, albeit beautiful, place. I could have spent more time in Peles than in Bran.

My guide was Otilia. Time planning was great, we had sufficient time at all destinations and attractions on the journey. Otilia was a knowledgeable and passionate guide who really shared a lot of stories about Romanian history which I found very interesting myself. However, we were unable to enter Peles Castle unless we paid extra, close to 30 euros, which is too much.

We had a fabulous day with Florian showing us these places-Bran Castle-fairytale-like castle-but very crowded with tourists. Raznov Fortress-amazing setting with wonderful views-still being renovated so we hope to visit again when it fully opens. The real highlights were the two fortified churches-we’ve never seen anything like these in our numerous travels. Such an unknown treasure of Romania. Absolutely amazed that they have survived intact for nearly 800 years.to walk around the secret tunnels listening to Florian’s knowledgeable stories and histories-and with hardly anyone else there was so special. Florian really knows his history, is incredibly friendly and welcoming and will answer any questions you may have. We highly recommend him.

It was our first time in Romania, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. With Traian, we explored wonderful places starting from Brașov: Peleș Castle, Cantacuzino Castle and Bran Castle, as well as Viscri, Sighișoara and Cârța Monastery. The trip was extremely comfortable, punctual, and professionally organized. Traian is welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped us discover an authentic Romania that we truly did not expect. Thank you for everything. We will cherish these beautiful memories. Laura and Fabio

It was a pleasure to visit Bran Castle, Peles Castle, and the Bear Sanctuary accompanied by the magnificent tour guide Vlad. Besides being an excellent guide, he's also very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs. He picked us up just steps from our accommodation and accompanied us on all three stages without ever leaving us alone, explaining everything we observed in detail along the way. I highly recommend having an experience with him... He's also an excellent ski instructor... ;)


