3. Show your booking number to the spa.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Book in advance.
Pick up service will be provided, if your hotel is within 5km from the spa and booked 1 day in advance.
Please be ready at hotel lobby 30 mins before.
5 years above can do massage such as Aroma Oil Massage, Body Scrub.
Other packages only suitable for 12 Years old above / 1.21 M above.
If you are late and do not notify us, your experience time will be shortened. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled.
Please be sure to notify the merchant if you have any special physical conditions. The merchant shall not be liable for any adverse reactions that may be caused by any physiotherapy.
