The guide was a man in his 50s with a slightly peculiar sense of humor, perhaps typical of Italians. He knew a lot. It was more like a lecture from a university professor; children and those looking for light information weren't interested. I speak English fluently, but some of the terms were beyond me. I bought a ticket for 11:30 AM; they sent me a WhatsApp message to arrive early, at 10:45 AM, and they told me the meeting place. It was difficult to find; I had to take the metro and go up to the second floor. It was nerve-wracking because there were a lot of groups nearby. The tour started at the Colosseum. We didn't have to wait in line for the Colosseum, but after that there was a tour of the Forum, where we stood with everyone else at the general ticket office for about 25 minutes. We didn't have time to walk around the Colosseum, but without the information from the guide, I wouldn't have understood anything. When the tour ended at the Forum, we were able to stay and walk around there. The tour lasted 2.5 hours. The equipment for hearing the guide works well.★

The card is good and useful. The explanations that the lady at the counter gives you are very detailed and very helpful, but the location to pick up the pass is not explained well enough and you have to walk around a bit until you find the exact place. Overall I recommend★

It was incredible! Our amazing guide met us near the Pantheon and took us on a fantastic sightseeing tour around the main landmarks of Rome. He shared lots of interesting facts, answered all our questions, and even took photos for us. We had plenty of time to see everything and take tons of pictures. The tour ended near the Colosseum, where we learned even more fascinating things and were guided right up to the entrance (tickets were included in the price). I highly recommend it — thank you for everything!
