I joined the tour on November 15th. The bus was almost full, with people from many different countries in the group, but it was always our compatriots who were late. Sigh.
Our tour guide, Vivi, was very good. She had to speak the exact same thing in three languages, which must have been quite tiring.
The stops at each attraction were short. It was pretty much a quick visit, but there was no other way, as it was too far and time was tight.
The weather was so-so this time, mostly overcast, but during a brief break in the sunshine, I saw half of Mount Yotei and immediately took a picture.★

Our tour guide, Andy, was friendly and helpful, and his itinerary was engaging. He provided helpful reminders for each member of the group upon boarding and disembarking, such as meeting times and must-eat and must-buy items. The entire trip was very relaxing and offered great value for money. Highly recommended for those who don't have a car.
Private transportation saved us time and money. The bus was comfortable, and the driver's skills were excellent. Especially recommended for families with children, as it eliminates the hassle of transportation.★

Rii is an excellent tour guide, she is knowledgeable, very patient and very professional in her work. The driver is great and we enjoy the tour very much. The tour package is highly recommended and the snow scenery along the routes to these places is beautiful.★

We did the full day 10 lakes tour with Mountain Goat Tours! We had a spectacular experience. The van was clean and roomy. Our driver Graham was top-notch, he took the time to learn our names before the start of the tour, this made the tour seem more personable. He was great with my kids. During the tour her was so knowledgable and willing to answer all of our questions. What was appreciated most was how great of a driver Graham was, the narrow roads and hills would have seemed more scary without Graham behind the wheel. Thanks Graham and Mountain Goat Tours for a wonderful experience through the Lake District★

Mr. Dexter arrived on time and was an amazing guide during the whole time. The duration of the tour ended up being higher than originally planned which shows the high level of commitment from the guide to our satisfaction.
Tour stops were great, in special the Nutmeg Museum and the waterfall. Fully recommend the tour.★
