
Please note that no-shows are not allowed on the same day. If you're running late, you must urgently contact us to inform the restaurant. If your booking gets canceled by the restaurant due to lateness or no-show, you'll be required to fully compensate the restaurant for the meal cost—your deposit will not be refunded.
After a successful booking, if the customer cannot arrive on time for dining or is unable to use the reservation due to personal reasons (not caused by our booking system), the booking fee is non-refundable.
