We booked a 2-island boat transfer through Trip.com and had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The departure was from Sutera Habour Marina Jetty, which is much less crowded compared to Jesselton Point, making the start of our trip more pleasant. A WhatsApp group was created the day before departure to keep us updated with all the necessary information โ very well organized and it made us feel safe.
During the trip, there was a main person in charge assigned to our group who was always available and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly on the islands. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we felt well taken care of throughout. The kids had a fantastic time, and we were lucky to enjoy great weather which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for families looking for a safe and organized island-hopping trip!๎ฅ
