Hotel Pick-up and Drop-off Guidelines
- Round-trip transfer service available
- We will reconfirm the pick-up time with you one day in advance.
- Please arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pickup time and wait there.
- Please enter the hotel name and detailed address on the payment page
- The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes. If you don't show up, the driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
- Coverage area: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Ubud
- Pick-up time: 3:00 AM - 3:00 AM
- Please note: The hotel pick-up and drop-off locations must be similar. If the pick-up and drop-off locations are different, an additional fee will be charged (payable directly to the driver).
Travel itinerary
- Departure: Pick-up at 3:00 AM, service areas include Seminyak, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Canggu, Sanur, and Ubud.
- Attractions/Experiences: 5:00 AM, 2 hrs 30 min, on-site guided tour, Kintamani Jeep Tour. Introduction and briefing at the starting point. Then, take a jeep to Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise Viewpoint. Arrive at the sunrise spot to watch the sunrise and enjoy breakfast.
- Attractions/Experiences: 7:30 AM, 2 hr 30 min self-guided tour, Batur Black Lava Tour, explore the black lava zone by 4WD jeep!
- Attraction/Experience: 10:10 AM, 3 hrs 30 min, Ubud Rafting ID, Enjoy a rafting adventure on Ubud's famous Ayung River!
- Return: 1:30 PM, includes transfer
- This itinerary may be adjusted slightly depending on weather or traffic conditions on the day.
