The tour guide will explain in detail the problem, and will help to kill the price. Share a lot of Vietnamese humanities. From the docking Xiao Zhang to our beautiful tour guide Miss Yuan, the driver with good service, when we walk outside to sweat, as soon as we return to the car, there is cold water and wet paper towels available. This was a well organized trip that went exactly according to plan. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and communication was smooth and easy. Occcasionally, things moved a little faster than necessary but overall the pacing was quite adequate. I would have appreciated a little more guidance with the way the Fourr Seasons restaurant worked because the moment we set foot inside the guide and the group disappeared. A table reserved for the group would have been nice, as well as more info on what each floor offered, etc. In any case, these were minor issues and did not detract from the overall positive experience.★
