This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service.
Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time.
Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.โ

The trip went very well. The weather was perfect. Lily is the best toor guide. She is very considerate of our safety and make sure we meet our needs, not get lost in our free time in every attraction we visited. She is very cheerful and willing to start a conversation with interesting information. I sat with the her during the tour and got the very front seat. It was amazing. I can take many great photos. We had a wonderful day trip! We booked a day in advance through the Trip.com mobile app, and although we weren't departing from Sapporo, thanks to excellent communication and understanding, we were able to join the group at Asahiyama Zoo on time. Our guide, Sophia, was incredibly attentive, communicating in Japanese, English, and Mandarin to ensure everyone understood the itinerary.
We had ample time to explore and take photos at each attraction. One pleasant surprise was the unexpected opportunity to see the Biei Christmas tree up close, something we had originally planned to only view from the bus. Thanks to Sophia and the driver's on-site assessment, the entire group was able to get off the bus for photos!
Speaking of the driver, he could also communicate with us in Japanese and Mandarin. Since our hotel was located in Asahikawa and we weren't returning to Sapporo by tour bus, the guide and driver even checked the public bus schedules after New Year's Day to understand any special changes and arrangements. Their meticulous and patient service made our experience even more enriching.
At Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, Sophia's explanations gave us a deeper understanding of these beautiful places. Heartfelt thanks to Trip.com for the arrangements, and to Gogoday for the day trip that added such unforgettable moments to our Hokkaido trip! ๐๐โ

The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Bingbing, was incredibly kind. At the Asahikawa Zoo stop, she personally led us to the penguin parade area, where we found a great viewing spot. Along the way, she also recommended other attractions and local delicacies. The weather was fantastic today, and we visited all the attractions, plus the tour guide gave us 5 to 10 minutes more time than usual. We enjoyed local cuisine and bought some souvenirs we liked. So happy! ๐โ

Mandy is a great tour guide, keeping everyone in check, we joined her tour on 12 January and also on 14 January, and she was great on both days. The weather was bad, so trip to Ningle Terrace was cancelled but Mandy apologized and gave us more time at other locations. Overall a memorable experience and convenient to travel with tour compared to DIY as no need to worry about transportation. The scenery was too beautiful!โ

Trip runs smoothly & we'll organise by friendly tour leader (Oscar). Fun to see beautiful animals such as polar bear, penguins, chimpanzee etc at the zoo. Great & beautiful view at blue pond & Shirahige Falls, worth to visit. Buffet lunch also yummy, especially cantaloupe, sweet & juicy.๎ฅ
