- Due to the nature of join-in tours, the vehicle type used will be determined based on the actual number of participants on the day, ranging from 5-seat cars to 57-seat buses. Please refrain from booking if this is a concern.
- If there are any changes to the detailed meeting point and meeting time, you will be notified no later than one day in advance. If anything is unclear, please contact your customer support representative in advance.
- If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement for the group, the activity will be canceled. In this case, we will either reschedule or issue a refund. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with this policy.

- Peleș Castle is closed every Monday and Tuesday during winter (September 15–May 14) and every Monday during summer (May 15–September 14).
