Thank you so much for the driver's warm and thoughtful service. I was worried about communication issues, but he spoke good English. He was very careful to pick me up on time, using my name tag, and checked my destination. I wanted to visit a beach on the way, and he even stopped to recommend one. On our way back, we were stuck in traffic and took a bit longer, but he didn't charge extra. Thank you so much 🙏★

The Wi-Fi didn't work on the bus, and there was no water at first; I had to ask for it or get it at the back of the bus. The bus was shaking a lot, and I couldn't fall asleep right away. My friend fell asleep quickly and said she didn't mind the shaking much. The seats are comfortable, with pillows and a blanket, so you can cover yourself up, and I didn't really get cold. The seats can be raised for sitting or lying down.★

The BTS 1-Day Pass is so convenient and great. I received six tickets at the airport and used them throughout my trip to Bangkok without worrying about transportation costs. I plan to get several more tickets for my next trip. I highly recommend it. It makes traveling so much easier.
