We had a great experience on this small-group day tour. The guide contacted us the day before to confirm the details, and the customer service was very friendly and responsive. The weather was perfect, and it was my first time trying kayaking. Even though we didn’t see any manatees, we were lucky enough to spot wild alligators and a variety of birds, which was still very exciting. Because there were only three of us that day, the experience felt very flexible and personal. In the evening, the guide even dropped us off directly at Disney Springs, which was a huge plus. Overall, a very comfortable, well-organized, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!★

You talk about an amazing adventure!! Captain Chris and Keri were awesome. We were hoping to see one manatee and we saw 4!! And the crystal river…I have never seen water so clear. Just beautiful.

Due to the windy situation, they had to cancel the tour for our safety. They contacted us several times and did their best to reschedule us. The second one was great, we saw a ton of manatees and they took very good care of us.★
