1. Please note that this tour is conducted entirely in Japanese and English.

2. Pregnant women, people with epilepsy, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, or ear and nose disease are not allowed to participate in this tour.

3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the tour if the participant is hungover or has consumed alcohol on the day of the activity.

4. If a participant is found to be ineligible on the day of the activity , the organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund.

5. If the sea conditions are normal, the activity will proceed as normal even if it rains. If a passenger cancels due to rain, no rescheduling or refund will be given.

6. In the event of force majeure such as typhoons or adverse sea conditions, the organizer will cancel the activity or reschedule it. Passengers will be notified via email.

7. Due to force majeure factors such as weather or sea conditions, the itinerary may be temporarily suspended on the day. Please understand.

8. Please wear your swimsuit under your regular clothes before gathering. Male participants are requested to wear beach shorts or Surfing shorts before gathering.

9. If you feel unwell, please contact us before the activity date.

10. Female participants may use tampons during this tour if they do not experience any physical discomfort during their menstrual period. Free cancellation or change of tour is not possible due to menstrual period.

11. People with myopia can prepare their own daily disposable contact lenses in advance.

12. Guests who are prone to seasickness are advised to take seasickness medicine in advance, as it is not available for purchase on site.

13. Minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 20 or above, and the guardian must sign the registration form.

14. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in this tour if the participant fails to comply with the staff's instructions.

15. Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure. If you are late for personal reasons and fail to arrive at the departure point on time, it will be deemed that you have automatically given up the trip and the fees will be incurred as usual. Please note.

16. Please carry your passport and valuables with you during your trip and keep them in a safe place. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
