2. The operating hours and frequency vary for each bus route. Additionally, factors such as weather, season, and road conditions may cause temporary suspension of certain stops. Therefore, please be sure to check the official website in advance.
3. This product does not include a night tour.
4. If some items in the option are unused, partial refund is still not available. We appreciate your understanding.
5. The operator reserves the right to modify the contents included in the options. Please refer to the official name for accuracy.
Seats cannot be designated or reserved in advance. Please follow the arrangements made by on-site staff.
7. First-time use must be on your selected travel date.
8. Baggage Restrictions: For safety reasons, large items such as luggage, bulky bags, large backpacks, and other oversized baggage are strictly prohibited on sightseeing bus tours.
9. At stops served by multiple bus routes, please verify you're boarding the correct bus to avoid delays. If unsure, consult station staff or the driver.
10. Please confirm the last bus time with the staff (including the driver) on the day. Do not arrive at the last minute. After the last bus departs, passengers can only disembark but not board. If you arrive at the station after the last bus has left, you will not be able to take the bus. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you plan your time wisely.

- Schedule: River cruise departure times vary, but in summer they run approximately every 15 minutes, and in winter every 30-40 minutes. For the schedule, please refer to the city cruise website.
- Duration: The cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier takes approximately 40 minutes.
- How to Board: After purchasing your Big Bus Tours ticket, please visit our booking portal and download your City Cruise ticket. On the day of your trip, present this boat ticket for verification at the City Cruise booth staff before boarding.
