eSIM usage terms

1. Device supports eSIM functionality

Check method: Open your phone's dial pad and dial *#06#. If an EID is displayed, your device supports eSIM. If no EID appears, your device does not support eSIM.

2. The phone is unlocked.

Check with your carrier to confirm if your device is network locked.

*Please check if you meet all the above requirements before purchasing, as all conditions must be met for the eSIM to work properly.

Set up eSIM

eSIM can only be installed with a stable Internet connection, so please check before departurePackage Validity PeriodPlan your eSIM installation timing wisely (we recommend installing it within 6 hours before departure) to avoid premature activation that could lead to early expiration and affect usage.

Enable data roaming

Please ensure the "Data Roaming" option for your eSIM is enabled.

Disable domestic SIM card roaming

Before using eSIM, make sure to disable data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid high international roaming charges and data conflicts.

Upholding the principles of fair Internet usage

To maintain Internet connection quality and uphold fair usage policies (FUP), telecom providers worldwide may impose data restrictions on customers who consume excessive bandwidth within short periods. This could result in failed Internet access or slower speeds. For uninterrupted connectivity, please minimize data-intensive activities like prolonged video streaming/downloading, software updates, Internet sharing (hotspot), or other high-data-consumption behaviors.
