Important Note: During holidays, there may be a waitlist for the 3-star Li River Scenic Area cruise operated by Zhenghang. A prepayment is required to join the waitlist, which will be refunded on the day of travel. If this is not acceptable, please do not book the 3-star Zhenghang package.
Cruise notice:
1. The cruise company's policy states that pets are not allowed on board.
2. [About Cabin Class] The cruise has upper and lower decks, and cabin class assignments are random and cannot be specified. By default, visitors will be assigned to the lower deck. Visitors may voluntarily upgrade their cabin class based on their request (note that the ticket price does not include the cabin class upgrade fee).
3. [Regarding Onboard Promotions] Some guests have mentioned that staff may conduct promotions on the cruise. Please note that the cruise is owned by the cruise company, and we have no control over this matter. We appreciate your understanding.
4. The cruise operates a real-name ticketing system. To avoid any impact on your trip, visitors must bring the relevant ID used when placing the order. The pier requires identity verification and security checks before boarding.
Yulong River Notice:
1. Before boarding the bamboo raft, all travelers must wear a life jacket, which cannot be removed during the ride. Please also take care of your electronic devices.
2. According to the regulations of Yulong River, pregnant women are strictly prohibited from taking bamboo rafts. Children under 1m in height and seniors over 70 years old cannot take double bamboo rafts. For those who cannot participate, we offer two alternatives: Option 1 - the Yulong River 8-person bamboo raft package, or Option 2 - free hiking along Yulong River. We will refund the price difference to you.
3. The Yulong River double bamboo raft is manually operated and can accommodate 2 visitors. Rafts depart with a minimum of 2 people. In case of a single passenger, an empty raft fee will be charged for a private raft (as tickets are now issued under a real-name system, the attraction does not offer shared raft services). The empty raft fee for the section from Shui'edi to Gongnong Bridge is 100 CNY per person, and for the section from Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian, it is 160 CNY per person.
4. The 8-person bamboo raft on the Yulong River is manually operated and can accommodate up to 8 visitors. A minimum of 5 visitors is required to depart. If there are fewer than 5 visitors, you may need to wait for others to join or pay the fee equivalent to 5 visitors to start the rafting.
5. Guests weighing 200 jin (100 kg) individually require a private raft, and the combined weight of two people must not exceed 320 jin (160 kg).
6. The rafting duration is for reference only. The rafting time on the Yulong River is controlled by the local operators, and the actual duration depends on the rowing speed of the rafters on the day.
7. During holidays, especially the Lunar New Year, Labor Day, and National Day Golden Week, the Yulong River dock may select one of six rafting sections (Shui'edi-Gongnong Bridge, Xiatang-Jima, Qing'e Ferry Crossing-Yangshuo Bay, Lansheng Bridge-Qing'e Ferry Crossing, Yulong Bridge-Xiniu Pool, or Xinglong Dashizhai Dam) based on the day's visitor flow. The final choice will be determined by the guide's on-site arrangements. If bamboo raft queues are excessively long or tickets are temporarily suspended, visitors may switch to an equivalent attraction or receive a price difference refund for a walking tour instead.
