Business car rental

Business car tickets are valid for one-time use on the day of departure.

One free date change is allowed within the validity period. If you fail to travel at the scheduled time after changing, the booking will be considered as used.

Automatically voided. No refunds will be issued once the order is successfully placed.

3. Booking Confirmation

When purchasing a ticket, passengers must confirm that the vehicle rental duration, pick-up point, and ticket collector information are correct.

4. Shared transfer service booking

- Shared transfer service requires booking tickets at least 1 day in advance. Please contact customer support before placing your order.

Private charters before 8:00 AM must be booked by 8:00 PM the night before.

- For same-day private charter, please contact customer support to confirm before placing your order.

5. Driver waiting

- The driver can wait for free for 15 minutes when circumstances permit.

- A waiting fee of CNY 300 will be charged for exceeding 15–60 minutes.

6. Important notes for air travelers

Passengers traveling by air should allow sufficient time to avoid missing their flight.

- The Company shall not be liable for missed flights caused by traffic accidents, weather delays, or other force majeure events.

Friendly reminder

1. Passengers must bring their own valid ID (such as a passport, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, etc.) and ensure they hold valid endorsements within the expiration date. The store will not be held responsible for any inability to travel or delays due to personal factors such as document issues or flight ticket information.

2. Do not carry prohibited items. If your items exceed the scope specified in the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, you must declare them in advance. The driver reserves the right to refuse service if prohibited items are forcibly carried.

3. Pregnant passengers are not accommodated. If you need to ride, please notify us in advance. Otherwise, the driver has the right to refuse service without refunding the fare, and all resulting costs will be borne by the passenger.

4. Due to route arrangements, some Huatong business car routes may require transfers. We recommend consulting customer support before placing your order to confirm specific arrangements.

5. In case of delays caused by force majeure (such as traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, government control, typhoons, holidays, etc.), we will implement emergency arrangements such as vehicle replacement, transfer, or route changes based on actual circumstances to ensure passengers reach their destination, and no compensation liability will be assumed.
