How to use
Please charge it at the local convenience store or subway station service center before using it.
Refundable amount within the card (No refund under KRW 20,000 / Refund fee: KRW 500)
It can be used within 10 years from the date of receipt after purchase, and can be charged/refunded at convenience stores nationwide within the period
You must present proof of purchase documents and replace your transportation card within the reservation date and counter opening time on the same day.
Transportation card exchange:
1) Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 (T1): 1st floor, near exit 7, K-Books, business hours 07:00 to 21:00
2) Incheon Airport Terminal 2 (T2): 3rd floor, near the check-in counter F, K-Books, business hours 06:30 to 21:30)
※ Caution: Please make sure to mark the arrival date and time of the airport when you purchase the product. Please check the various charging methods on the detailed page to use it after charging it. Download and install the official foreign EZL Top Up APP that comes out when you scan the QR code on the back of the card!
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Please charge the battery at a local convenience store or subway station service center before use.
- Card balances are refund(amounts below 20,000 KRW are not refund/ refund fee: 500 KRW)
- After purchase, it can be used within 10 years from the date of receipt, and can be top-up/ refund at convenience stores nationwide during the period.
- To exchange your transportation card, you must present your purchase confirmation voucher on the reservation date and during the counter opening hours on that day.

1) Incheon International Airport Terminal 1: K-Books, 1st Floor, near Exit 7, operating hours 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
